So i have a consultation at a good maxfac surgeon for a possible double jaw surgery or mse&msdo.
I want my insurance to pay for surgery, because i have sleep apnea and jaw pain. Should i tell the surgeon something about my aesthetic approach, or just talk about my pain, and how i wanna fix the sleep apnea?

If u tell him just about the pain, that will be his focus. So he won’t do anything to massively improve your looks. It’ll be a lost potential. But if u tell him about your looks he might think you’re a fraud and during surgery just fix your problem without making u more attractive,
Overall I would bring in looks but NOT too much so he doesn’t think you’re in it for cosmetic purposes. Just say you’re worried about the final result and on the safe side make it like such and such

Introduce him to the site

Just pay the fuckin jew surgeon, so you can directly say what you want and if he fucks you up, you can sue him to Israel and back.

you can address both functional and aesthetic concerns during the consult. if you have a legit diagnosis for sleep apnea you should be good with insurance coverage. i had double jaw surgery when i was 19, life changing experience
