Surgeon dont want to give me better eyes

I had consulting at a famous and talented eye surgeon that also performs infraorbital rim implants. My eyes got rated very bad on here, but the surgeon today told me he does not want to give me a cantho or orbital implant, because my eyes are fine and would not benefit from surgery.
He literally turned down 10k, and sent me home like a guy with body dysmorphia.
He also did not wanted to give me under eye filler. He told me that filler are bad, because they stretch tissue, and will cause a bloated and saggy face, when the filler goes away.

What should i do now??

imho I would trust a surgeon with years of experience more than a bunch of niggas on internet forum for insecure people. Your eyes aren't that bad tbh. All I can tell you is maybe find a different surgeon and see if he is ready to take on fixing ur eyes if you really want to

you need canthoplasty to fix the negative tilt which is you only problem

I think you need lower eyelid retraction surgery, consult Taban

The angle you took that pic in is ideal to get the most distorted pic possible. You probably have neutral tilt or a very slight negative which may not be a failo. He's right in that the fillers would slowly fuck you up as they'd bloat you as they migrated around your face

tbh I've seen very few eye surgeries for guys that didn't look deformed previously that made them look better, without making them look gay. It's the surgery problem, easy to make deformed features into average/above average but seemingly rare/difficult to make average features above average. If after this you still badly want to get them altered I'd recommend taban as he seems to be the best at that area. If he also rejects you I would just give up ngl, you don't want to get butchered by some sketchy guy that will do anything for bdd autists

if so I too consulted with him. Although he has an arrogant and hurried demeanor, he is super conservative when it comes surgery, which is a good thing.

I noticed that most of the extreme operations are done on women or old men.

Surgeons seem to be cautious operating on young men for some reason.

I showed the surgeon today all of tabans male cantho&orbital implant results, and he said that all of these guys had a way worse starting point than me, and i could maybe not see downwards properly with a i.o implant after such a surgery.

I also dont like my drooping brow, and the downwards tilted fat pad. Maybe a browlift with upper eyelid filler could be good for me.

Yes you are right. I have a narrow unmasculine face, and wanna do jaw surgery, jaw implants and eye surgery plus temple filler/fat graft. Next week i consult a maxfac surgeon that also performs lf2, and will install a mse and msdo on my face. First expansion, then rotation, and in one year i get a wraparound jaw implant. Ascend or die tryin.

Yeah Taban would definitely perform a cantho and or lower lid retraction on u. RN ur eye area isnt bad but one eye has a bit more lower lid droopiness. I wouldnt be surprised if one of ur zygos is also less prominent than the other

Get some masseter hypertrophy and get lean on top of that

PLEASE do not get a blepheroplasty.

blepheroplasty Is typically preformed on older patients who upper eye area fat pad starts to sag and they desire more uee. Basically it reduces the upper eye area fat pad. The strongest trait of your eyes is the little uee. That surgeon will looksmin you.
