Surgeon for genio for vertical height

I've seen many comments here that you can go to pretty much any surgeon for a sliding genio but I'm pretty sure getting one for added vertical height is a little more specialized.

If that's not accurate, let me know.

If it is, which surgeons (preferably in or close to NY) are the best for this?

Will also be getting custom jaw angle implants.

New york city will make it much more expensive, but nearly all genioplasty surgeons should be able to move it vertically. Just make sure they are maxillofacial surgeon with good reviews
