Does it really matter where you go? The surgery is supposed to be preformed the same way, regardless of where you go. Just tell the surgeon you want some rotation and to push it forward, what could go wrong?

No because the surgeons' skills differ

Both, and the precision ofc
Precision in what sense? If you move it 1cm forward or 1,1 doesn't really matter. We're recessed anyways. In terms of nerve damage, sure

Precision to not chop of your muhfukin nerves in the process and leave you permanently paralyzed like Stephen hawking with an added post-op infection

Also PM @RODEBLUR .. hes a legit surgeon that has ascended a lot of ppl on this site and he has a resonable price too

2 things, not all surgeons do it thinking about the aesthetic outcome, only care about function
not all surgeons have an aesthetic eye, sure, if your surgeon has great results, go for it, but it's your fucking face, can't go cheap on it

The first rule of rode club is you do not talk about rode club
Do not forget the second rule of rode club:

You DO NOT talk about rode club

What exactly is the difference in aesthetic outcome if the surgery is performed in the same way, more or less? Let's say you get a consultation at the best guy there is, with plans and everything, but then you take that shit to a cheaper surgeon, who still knows how to perform the surgery.

If this cheaper surgeon can follow the instructions to 50% is there even going to be a big difference? Seems like you might miss out on potential improvements, but you're still going to end up on the good side

you're gonna improve, sure, but not reach your max potential
you see, even between famous doctors there are lackluster results, imagine the unknown ones
