Surgeon gave me to much forward cheek projection with fillers

The surgeon injected me 1ml in total. But now it seems like he injected to much into to frontal part of the cheeks, wich make me look more bloated.

I will wait for 1-2 weeks till it settles, and if its still to big i need to get it removed. Does anybody know how they dissolve fillers? Like how should he know exactly where the filler is sitting?

I had the same thing when I got fillers, looked unnatural as fuck. It softened up in a week and now isn't even noticeable. It was in my jaw btw, not cheeks but same idea.
