Surgeon Recommendations? Nose Width Rhinoplasty Compromises Breathing?

I need the body of my nose and the alar wings reduced in width. Other than that it looks pretty good.

Someone told me it constricts breathing to mess with alar width. Is this true? I found a bunch of biased surgeons saying it doesn't but I'm not sure if I believe them.

Does anyone know a good rhinoplasty surgeon that does a lot of Asian males?

Alternatively if I widen my bigonial width enough it might make my nose look thinner. Probably need to do both though.
