Main difference is no fixation to the bone.

And you don't get a certain result, they have to shape the filler underneath your skin somehow. How is that even done?

They are a good thing if you just need a slight retouch, 1/2 ml
If you are recessed and go overboard like those posts on ig doing 10 ml + I would advice you to consider surgery or implants

One of the best looking women I knew (literally appearing on modelling TV shows and being offered major contracts with top London agencies despite only being 5'8") was using fillers to achieve those looks in her prime and looks horrendous now that she is 30. Like bloated and disgusting to the point the even simp subhumans want nothing to do with her. Maybe a small volume of fillers on the jawline is ok but anything else will fuck a face up irrevocably in the medium to long term.

Definitely not fat- her weight never fluctuated. It is either a case that there was a cumulative effect of new filler on top of old filler which never completely dissolves or else she went for one filler session and got seriously botched in a freak occurrence.

Normally women as they become old keep adding more and more filler to fill up everything and thus remain in youth. The result is bloat. When she was young she didnt need that much.
