Redpill surgeon won't give me jaw/orbital implants, only zygos implants

he said i don't need anything but a zygos implants. Should i go for it? I always wondered if i would look better with that a bit of more zygos to let them pop out.
But in some angles my face looks narrow and the jaw doesn't match the zygos.. idk

Your IPD looks really good laser iris depigmentation could ascend your eye area.

I don't know who you asked but you have lower and upper eyelid exposure. Supras looks decent enough tho I would just get fat there.. My humble opinion.
Rest looks good don't do anything to your lower third

It's already the second surgeon who wanna do something to my zygos tho' , it makes me wonder
