"To widen the mandible” using distraction with previous osteotomy and postoperative orthodontics it is feasible to a certain extent.
“Vertically lengthen the ramus” it is also possible.
13k around for surgery, ct scans and transportation + hotel probably around 2.5k
so 15k for full ascension
