Surgeons other than Pagnoni and Ramieri for cheek implants?

Same names getting thrown around here most of the time. Who else is reputable for midface implants? Just looking for some minor projection to offset my bimax that I got a week ago.

So far I've only contacted Rameira. He quoted 10k euro's. I'm assuming Pagnoni will be similar.

I had a local jaw surgeon quote me $7k CAD 2 years ago if I did my jaw surgery with him. I passed at the time for other reasons but in hindsight it sounds like it was a good price, although I didn't see any of his results.

Ya dawg gonna wait it out a few months before making a decision. Just trying to get my ducks in a row ahead of time though so I can pull the trigger right away if I need to. Would love to skip if everything turns out good on its own, always been a bit flat in the midface region though so we'll see.

Want to get this shits over with and behind me. 2 years prepping for bimax man. Ready to move on with life lol.

Not sure how much projection honestly not trying to look super human just a bit of natural looking for balance so something modest for sure.

10mm lower
No rotation because my occlusal plain was already in the right spot (hoping I didn't get dogmaxxed but too early to tell lol)
Gonial widening (unsure the mm)
Plus a whole lot of little minor twists and turns to make sure everything was as symmetrical as they could make it.

Did you include the Anterior Nasal Spine.? Did you ask if your paranasal area will get projected at all?

Also for your question Eppley did @Saiyan’s zygo implants which are some of the best. He does exactly what the patient asks for, from what I’ve heard.. so if you tell him to make the results conservative he might be able to deliver

how were you able to be low inhib enough to go through it? I'm still debating in my head but I am currently invisible in the dating market. praying that my dates dont run away due to me using my chadfish (my face but morphed)

pretty sure custom PEEK fabrication is just really expensive so you're not gonna find any bargains if that's what you're looking for. my jaw surgeon charges 4k per implant (so 8k total for 2) and there might be some fees on top of that, so pretty close to what they're charging
