Is pagnoni still the king of custom cheekbone/facial implants

Seems like he's earned a bad reputation recently, but topics mainly surround his jaw advancement stuff. Is he still respected as far as custom implants go?

Quality custom implant surgeons are impossible to find and he's the only one I knew of

He is not a designer, implants arent that hard to get right but you need to know the design rules yourself because most surgeon designers will just raw ball something and dont really care.

And for placing implants themselves u can have basically anyone, ideally a occuplastic surgeon for infras and maxfac for jaw angles

What's the point of the consultations if he doesn't do the designing? We're basically just gambling that some unknown person will have the right aesthetic vision for our faces?

I mean designers are pretty lazy, and its kinda random and hard ro get right even with good ones if you arenr playing it safe
