no they arent and there is no reason to go to thailand

it’s cheaper than west europe over there and i’m there anyway for a few months so my parents wouldn’t know anything

what would you recommend ?

I mean personally i think best surgeons are in US, Western EU, Korea, Japan and some in china.
Japan is very underrated hardmax country.
I thought about doing revision rhino there but its just too far away.
Overall it is very good since surgeons are most transparent there and give you real prices on website,
risk/reward and show off most results, good and bad ones they did due to laws there.
They are a bit more conservative than korea but much better in a package.
That said i belive for osteotomies Austria/germany/swiss maybe france is best aswell as for implants. Rhinoplasty probably Italy and Spain.
