1-2 inches on each side
with luck, 4 inches added

K7 max after that and you can gymcel again after few months

then add another 2 inches on shoulder

4-6 inches on shoulder for giga frame for 18 k

it brings you into top 5% if you were average befor

I would focus on face tho
I would only do it if face surgery is not needed

9 k for each side of the clavicle, so 18k for 2-4 inch wider shoulders

implants are less risky but not necessary at all imo
