Dr Ariel Rad is the best alternative but his experience in custom-fitted male implants is lacklustre.
I'm also not sure if he does saddled infra-orbitals, but if the saddle is not a necessity, he is a very good option for basic infra-orbital implants and fat grafting.
The only other alternatives are Pagnoni, Pagnoni, Pagnoni or any other surgeon who is skilled at placing custom PEEK implants designed by Giant.
