surgeries for increasing ipd??

my current ipd in 0.455 or around this, i plan to get zygo implants/tripod osteonomy or something to make them pop out more., which would furthermore decrease my ipd.
What surgeries could be done for increasing ipd, till now ive only read the thread in BOTB about it wanted to know more takes.

I Think there isnt much you can do only 1 or 2 surgerys is it noticable irl tho?

Thats your ESR. IPD is interpupillary distance, the distance between your pupils (from their center) measured in mm.

To change your ipd its OBO .......or maybe (just a thought) orbital "decompression" on the medial wall with an implant on the lateral wall, not sure if thats possible tho (just get real OBO ffs theory ).

Epicanthoplasty? OBO? idt much can be done tho
