Interested in some surgeries such as mentoplasty and jaw/chin fillers, would any other surgeries make a greater difference in increasing my appearance? Thanks in advance

I heard bimax hurts, how bad is it and how much would people know you’ve got surgery if you get fat and then get it? Is there any good surgeons in sweden/close to sweden or germany that do bimaxes?

Yea he is upper upper part of maxilla is good, good zygos, but the lefort 1 area is slightly recessed, but it is mostly the lower jaw. He doesnt really need bimax but it would probably improve him even more and he has def some functional benefit too from doing it

Would a bimax improve me more than a lefort 1 would? Also fat grafting the orbitals? Would that be heavily beneficial in my case?

LEforte 1 is part of bimax and in your case the leforte is less important then the bsso and genio which is the other parts

most common complication is nerve damage, which is just numbing sensations, not some sort of nerve dysfunction where its painful. However you are more prone to that kind of nerve damage (where its painful) when you shave the bones like the retards in korea. Bimax is one of the more safer surgeries out there if that makes you feel better.

Alright but turkey bimax should be safe or is italy the only way?

Highly recommend italy’s big names if you’re in europe. People say that Turkey is safe, turkish surgeons are surgeons too, just go with whatevers the cheapest, its just a few mm etc.. they are retarded. Turkey has one of the higher botch rates compared to other countries and for a big surgery like this, if a surgeon fucks up he will fuck you up and ruin your life. pay 20-30k more and mitigate more risk, especially if you’re not local and cant navigate Turkey, be able to tell apart red flags etc..

Also Im american so dont know about your insurance or whatever, but at least try to get a consultation with a max surgeon in your country. Doesnt hurt

also you keep saying bimax but you dont know what you need unless you book a consultation first, go do that. you might need genio on top of bimax, total jaw replacement if tmj, ccw, you might not even need lefort 1 and be fine with bsso. Based on the picture though i would guess you would be fine with trimax.

I live in sweden so theres no ”doctor” i can talk to about having surgery, the only time you have a specific doctor is when you’re a child here, and they are extremely against cosmetic surgery so insurance barely covers what you need from actual medical emergencies

Genioplasty + 500mg of test e/c per week

Bimax has insane roi

Why even suggest test c? Isnt it just a worse version of enanthathe
No, they’re basically same except c has a bit longer half life and from what I’ve read people tend to have less post injection pain on c than on e

dont cope with shitty chin implants. get genio. best advice is go to a maxillofacial surgeon specifically asthetics oriented
