Damn bro no eyelashes and no eyebrows you could have good eye area but rn you look weird asf, use minox on brows and maybe shape them a little bit after that dye them darker, you're probably blond so go with a nice brown tint

It's possible but honestly it would be ideal to get an eyelash transplant. Idk if that's also the lighting making them worse but yeah try to grow them with castor oil and lash serum (without prostaglandins)

It's def the lightining too
