-mouth widening surgery or what it's called .( my mouth to nose ratio is beyond brutal and making me at least 0.5 less psl)
-ccw rotation if necessary cuz I could just use mse and do what this guy did:https://looksmax.org/threads/the-fi...sl-history-has-been-obtained-with-mse.241771/
-genioplasty ( i mean if fixing my bad maxilla rotation won't fix my recessed chin or if puberty won't fix it then I need genioplasty or fillers )
I don't really need other surgeries ,maybe rhino but I don't wanna do too many surgeries

you can wide your mouth using your hands or flexors, you can achieve ccw rotation with incisor chewing or facepull with incisors, you can get a more projected chin with bonesmashing

in conclusion you dont need surgery

I can get ccw rotation with mewing,no? Im only 15 so mewing should still work
