Surgeries I’m considering

I’ve thought about this as I start wagecelling soon, what procedures I need and what benefit they would provide

-genioplasty for an improved profile and tight submental combined with kybella injections. Bimax is not an option for me

-otoplasty + earlobe reduction for my dumbo ears and for an illusion of a longer ramus

-dental work, to straighten teeth and whiten them a shade or two too

- gyno removal. Unfortunately got this in my teens over a few months while skinnyfat, and despite having decent hormones it never goes away. It’s horrible with my shirt off in warm weather

- dick surgery. If there are procedures that aren’t risky

Could anyone who’s gotten any of these procedures offer insight on any of them?

Getting bimax + genio and then an otoplasty after

Those are all very solid and predictable surgeries except for dick. As far as I know there’s not much you can do to get a bigger dick. Pumps may help a little bit. I use Bathmate sometimes and like it.
