My jaw and maxilla are both subhuman
I'm considering bimax for forward growth, genio for the chin, chinwing/side wing for jaw height and width and mse msdo for maxilla and chin width.

So, what would be the right order and how long will it take me to get it all done?

To correct the bite, my lower dental arch is verry narrow. If I expand upmer arch with mse i will need to expand lower arch with msdo. Plus it adds a few mms to chin width

nah bro just expand it normally with a lower palate expander or sfot and then widen your chin with a genio literally no one performs msdo

Does msdo the jaw as a whole wider or only chin. Also wouldnt it technically make the gonial angle of the jaw go inwards based on how the split is made. Thank u.

Can I do mse and msdo simultaneously?

I need it, my dental arches are V-like.. plus, it's not aesthetic when only 6 of your upper teeth show from the front (and only 4 lower teeth jfl)

Do you have an alternative to mse msdo?

MSE
MSE IMDO
LeFort 1
Chin Wing/Genio

MSDO isn't worth it man. Do Bimax + IMDO if you can. Or Bimax + chin wing

What are you talking about fella?

Msdo and imdo have different uses... I don't need IMDO, my mandinle is long but NARROW from the front. imdo won't do shit for me

how long would this be likely to take?
4 months mse, 1 year braces, bimax, 1 year break to let the bones heal, chin wing. 2.3 years at the least.

doesnt it make more sense to have braces after bimax rather than mse? or is it necessary to get them twice?

oh right you mean orthodontics first for the Bimax.

ur forced to have braces after mse u cant do bimax otherwise

most ppl do braces before bimax anyways

ur forced to get braces for both mse and bimax and getting them before bimax after mse is killing two birds with one stone

yeah makes sense. this means you dont need them after bimax? would it make sense then to tell MSE orthodontist that Im looking to get jaw surgery afterwards? would he need to coordinate with the jaw surgeon?
