my maxilla is properly projected forward but the lower part that holds the teeth is kinda protruded which causes an overbite and ruins my harmony overall.

the picture below is not mine (found it on reddit) but it visualizes what I'm trying to achieve.

The subject's entire maxillary complex looks retruded and downward-grown (inc mandible) in the left photo.
If you look at the photo on the right, the skull appears to have a properly developed upper maxilla to match jaw development.

Without photos, it's difficult to answer. it's possible that the upper maxilla might be the problem as opposed to the jaws.
It's quite common for people for the upper maxilla to be undeveloped relative to the jaws.

But aren't those 2 completely different racial skulls? I mean, isn't the left skull an Asian skull and the right one Caucasian?

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I’m not sure if my take is accurate, but I’ll share my opinion as well.

The skull on the left looks like this because of downward growth combined with a short ramus and an overall underdeveloped maxilla and orbitals. You can also notice the difference in the nasion angle. Additionally, the skull on the left appears longer than the one on the right.

Yes they could be. I don't know.
It would check out as Asians do have less developed LeFort 2 areas than Caucasians.
The perspectives are slightly different which makes a proper comparison more difficult.
Regardless, the skull on the left still looks like it has poor craniofacial development even if the subject is an Asian.

You're right.

Yes I know the original user's skull is completely subhuman but he's the only example i found, my issue isn't as severe as his, my maxilla is properly developed it's just that the lower part is for some reason slightly projected forward giving me an overbite.
I found a case far more severe here of a pajeeta with a chimp like lower maxilla and somehow fixed it with surgeries but this site shat itself and the image's gone, wish I could show it.

I can't really comment without seeing a cephalogram or photos.

here I scribbled something, how can I push that little bump back without pushing my entire maxilla? Can they saw off that entire lower part and reattach it or something?

I'm not sure it's possible to just push back a small part without setting back the LF1 area.
