I’m currently 16 planning my surgery’s when I’m around 19-20. I’m gonna get surgery in Southkorea I think, because it’s the safest and not as expensive as USA.

So this is what I’m planning to do.
Le Fort I osteotomi with CCW rotation

Mandibular recontouring

Sliding genioplasty

Rhinoplastik (post-op)

In order to shorten the midface and move the maxilla forward and get rid of my downgrown jaw.

I asked ChatGPT what I realistically can expect after doing does surgeries. Here is a before and after. And the thing is idk if it’s even achievable. And if it’s worth to do.

you are not down grown! it's just your face structure which looks good. I don't think any sensible doctor would operate on you.
