i know that shoulder lengthening surgery exists

are there any other surgeries to improve frame? my frame is very subhuman

Well not really, good frame is - joint thickness+shoulder width+ribcage width. You can't surgically change the ribcage width or joint thickness. Limb lengthening makes your legs longer and thats about it for frame surgeries.

Blasting HGH makes your joints thicker, but sounds risky AF since it grows your organs and cancer cells if you have them.
