Surgeries to look more prettyboy / feminine without looking like a bitch?

I have good ratios but I think my masculine pheno holds me back, I need to look friendlier and more average, too much dimoprhism ruins my chances.

I don't look ogre like Mike Tyson but more masc than Brad Pitt, so too much for wide appeal.. probably my deep set eyes.
