Approaching to left starting from the right, I mean does the use of CCW lefort 1 will allow the surgeon to use bsso in a way to make the jaw less downward pointing ?

Chinwing is better for width. If your problem is just a high gonial angle like me then implants would be better. There's no reason not to cheat the look.
