Surgeries to pursue

My jaw is so round and recessed, it makes me extremely ugly and no girl even wants to talk to me. My own mom calls me ugly. And finally, Im Indian so it never began. But I work 2 jobs and wanna do surgeries to get a normal looking jaw. Please suggest. Even invasive ones like djs. I am at 15 bf% but have been to 9% before and it doesn't change at all.

Rhinoplasty,buccal fat removal,implants or filler to the chin to make it look proportionate to ur wide jaw,ur lips are also narrow but idk if a surgery exists to widen it

should I also pursue a DJS? I feel like my jaw is mishappen and asymmetrical due to jaw bone issues

Go to a maxillofacial surgeon for that he will tell if it’s needed or not if its not needed then just get implants or fillers to camouflage the asymmetry i guess

Dont listen to the retard above. You are recessed and need djs. Fillers wont get results you are looking for and you will regret it. I think there was a filler guide on hof that you should read. Get implants if u want bone erosion, infection, or the implant moving depending on the material used. There is a decent chance you will need to take it out at some point. Lookswise djs will have the most results. Book a consultation with a maxillofacial surgeon asap. If u want a rhino do it after the djs.
