Legit just work a part time job or full time job and grind your money. You can survive off of a cheap potato diet and have maximum cash left over for surgeries.

I planned my orbital decompression and I legit just need 10 months of part / full time work just to pay for it. No loans required.

If you want to ascend you must put in work. Wage slave and be cheap. Be a jew, pinch your pennies. Because all of that is justified when you need to ascend and improve your QoL.
