We people sometimes forget that we have such fulfilled lives, this guy had to go through so much and anything didnโt work for him as a cure for depression caused by traumatic life so he ended his life.

Not so much, you need to have good ratios to start with for ascension, itโs like a middle ground, if you already have a pretty good face and do too many surgeries it will cost you, and if you have a lot of failos, then too fixing them with surgeries would be really difficult, surgeries are for fixing and bettering your individual features, your ratios mostly will stay unaffected or probably even worsen if you donโt have the right implants or fillers, for example if you have well defined lips, then adding fillers to make them bigger wouldnโt be a good idea, same way if you have a well defined nose which is proportional to your face, then having a rhinoplasty to remove cartilage will make your nose disproportionately thin. Maybe if you, say, have a big nose, then making it thinner would benefit your ratios, or having a wider jaw when your lower third is too small will also balance your ratios, but surgeries mostly only better your individual features
