surgery abroad question

I live in NYC and planning on a sliding genioplasty, but I want to get it done in another country so it's cheaper. too expensive in nyc.

so do I get the consultation and scans done in NYC?
or should I just contact the abroad surgeon and I get the scans over there before the surgery?

you dont need to take scans

and most of the times they are not needed anyway

no planning needed for traditional genio

but on your place i would take a full CBCT of my skull anyway before any hardmaxx just out of curiosity
