Anyways

Main Flaws:
long midface, narrow & recessed maxilla (looks bad smiling or any emotion), big nose (worsened by recessed midface), lips (poor support), narrow jaw and small chin(beard frauding rn), narrow palate (was quoted $6k for expander but unsure since teeth are straight and braces would be extra, also if sutures are closed would have to get MARPE)

Medical:
deviated septum — free septo-rhinoplasty secured through insurance. holding off since lefort will shift nose, no point doing rhino twice.


Surgeries that could ascend me
lefort 1 with ccw rotation for midface projection, under-eye support, nasolabial angle, and smile fix Cons (30k and long recovery tho)
zygomatic osteotomy
sliding genioplasty
septo-rhinoplasty (Free but risk of Botch)

Fix brows fix upperlip pigmentation shave that pubic hair off your face get a better skin jaw implants something with your hair your you're very recessed i can tell my your lips that your palate is very narrow your eyes are very good your face needs to be wider and tbh if you grow a longer hair it'll help with the long midface

post photos with no lens distortion. when you hardmax you want to be accurate to the millimeter any camera distortion will make it riskier
