Surgery advice (bsso or genio)

Hey guys, im looking for some advice before I have my consultation in a vew days (im also getting X-rays done with this).

As you can see, my chin is very recessed/non-existent, and my lower lip is not in line with my upper lip. I’ve been wondering whether BSSO or genioplasty might be more appropriate.

Obviously, it’s difficult to tell without X-rays and an actual consultation with a professional, but I’d be interested to hear what you guys think and whether anyone has had a similar situation or experience.
