Surgery advice/changes

This will be my last OP post before I actually go ahead with some procedures, after lurking on here for a little bit I've made the following list and would like to ask for advice, possible additions or changes to the list before actually going forward with it

Rhinoplasty
Sliding genioplasty
Lip filler
Cheek/zygo and jaw implants *possibly chin implant depending on the results of the genio*

also considering some filler for my upper eye to lower exposure but haven't done enough research to tell
