Surgery advice, especially related to lower third

First time posting on this form. I was unaware of its existence until I was told it’s the best place to go for genuine advice. Originally I had posted on r/plasticsurgery asking something similar, but was essentially called a retard because I “look fine”. I’m planning on getting a wrap-around custom jaw implant, and a Genioplasty in the not so distant future. Was also considering a rhinoplasty as well. Curious what genuine looksmaxxers believe would be the best course of action for me. Looking around this form, it seems most people suggest a bimax before any implants..? Thanks for any input.
