Surgery advice for my flat/ recessed midface and chin

How can I improve my flat as fuck/ recessed midface? Do I need jaw surgery or could implants and genio be enough in my case? Idk I think I'm quite recessed overall so maybe implants are cope and only lefort can help me in which case it's GG lol. I have no functional issues tho but idk.

I think you should foucus on jaw implants, increase the maximal ammount of vertical without risking to much dehisences. So like 7-8 mm and then increase width. Chin and ghe rest arent to bad but thr banana jag is kinda too much

Yea I know my gonial angle is crap. Aren’t jaw implants kind of a meme surgery tho honestly? Most results look uncanny imo but I guess there are a few decent ones.
