nah neutral but when you tilt your head to the left it looks like the left eye has a slight nct

It looks more like a droopy lower eyelid combined with a CT that isn't positive enough

I don't think his CT is negative itself off first look. But it doesn't matter because it ends up giving the same effect

It's just him looking down + lower lids not begin tight, true nct is somewhat more rare, it's just the the lower lids are droopy thus giving a nct illusion, llr alone can address this.

Probably the right assessment. I measured a slightly positive CT (~ +2°). But both eyelids are droopy, which gives the impression of a NCT.

That said, this guy is in a dire situation (low pfl, wide set eyes, flat wide nose, long philtrum, short chin, fat cheeks, short and sparse eyebrows, etc.). Don't wanna say it's over, but ...

Yeah I thought so. But the other things I disagree tbh. He's slightly below avg rly. His eyes aren't really wide set either it's just lens distortion. You can tell because the icd is within normal range

And the chin to philtrum is heavily influenced by lens distortion. Would need to see better pictures to make an accurate analysis on that.

But he needs darker and thicker eyebrows. + rhino. + lower eyelid retraction. And just simple leanmaxxing. He'd be well off especially considering he has colored eyes and is white

Yes he’s actually got a decent base I think.
All his Majorflaws can be fixed with surgery and even if the surgeon does a mid job it’ll still be ok for him.

I mean he isnt a obv surgery candidate. He is needing multiple small procedure which all have a relatively high rate of looking weird. The best bases has clear failos, each surgery comes with some flaws, you dont want to do too many
