Surgery advice: How many mm of advancement should I ask for.

I’m going to have my second consultation with my maxillofacial surgeon on the 18th. I have planned Bimax in addition to genio and jaw angle implants. Before my second consultation, I want to have a general idea of what measurements I need to have done. I also plan to have rhino done after fixing my fucked up jaw.

Please tell me you are getting ccw?? If lefort 2 was accessible you would need it, get the most mm you can possibly get but also be aware of the limitations to the maxilla due to the low cut of lf1. Not hating btw if it seems like I am, just being blunt, don't expect any high iq responses on here but I hope you get one.
