Couldn't find any proper pics rn so these will do but I just want no bs honest opinions on what surgery OR fillers to get once I turn 18, don't gimme the usual bs like clearing my skin and all that is in the works I want strictly info on fillers or surgery that would save me

Rhino lip flip
Jaw implant
Infaorbital implants/fat graft
