Surgery advice needed

As you both seem pretty knowledgeable and I would prefer a surgery with a real change in the bones over implants for example, what would you think about just doing a BSSO or BSSO + genioplasty?

@Ogionth I'm very curious about what you think. You've commented a lot on my thoughts and suggestions to him. But what do you think yourself?

based on your scans you look like a good candidate for DJS.
my scans look very similar if not even slightly less bad and I recently got approved by insurance for a free bimax
