Surgery advice needed

I have a deviated septum alongside a narrow palate I believe (also just a high fhwr).
Should i get a septoplasty+rhinoplasty before or after using marpe (if i can qualify), or do i just get zygomatic implants to improve fhwr

I ultimately want to fix nasal breathing/improve facial aesthetics and fhwr

I dont know how to calculate it precisely but i can attach a photo if you know how to do it, otherwise just look at my other post and you can see (it looks a bit better than it is cus of lens distortion)
