Surgery advice needed

Hello boys, need help deciding on surgery. (see pics attached to link)
Chin is recessed and super small, despite me being low bodyfat (12%) it still looks like shit, cheeks are chubby as well. Think I have a low hyoid bone but not sure if there's any surgery to fix that?
Thinking sliding genioplasty or chin implant as something like a BIMAX is way out of my price range, if anyone knows any good surgeons in UK lmk

Judging off of the lip seal I would say double jaw surgery is necessary.

I would look into improving your palate width as that will be much less expensive and damaging than surgery. Your facial structure doesnt look bad based on this photo. When you casually smile how many teeth are you able to see on each row?
