Surgery advice: NOT LARP, HELP OUT A SUBHUMAN

I swear on my mothers soul this is not larp
In February next year im getting rhinoplasty and a lip revision done, this is because i have a cleft lip and palate. Now, due to this my maxilla is recessed, so the surgeon recommended getting fillers (using tissue from my body), to make my maxilla appear more prominent and my face less flat.

Alternatively, i could undergo lefort 1, but due to me already having a a well developed lower jaw and no underbite (which is common in individuals with a cleft, guess i got lucky), they would need to remove my wisdom teeth and purposefully give me an underbite , before being able to commence with the jaw surgery.

TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, i would have to wear braces for 2 years after this, I DONT WANT TO BE WEARING BRACES WHEN IM 20.

Overall, i have 2 months to decide what to do and i really have no idea, high iqcels please respond.

But since you asked, I would follow the surgeons plan.

Once your jaw is pretty well developed, the final 10-20% of looks is mostly down to soft tissues which it sounds like the surgeon will fix

But since you asked, I would follow the surgeons plan.

But thats the problem, the surgeon has two plans, meaning i have to pick one, either get fillers or get jaw surgery which may cause complications and will take 2 years to complete (removing my teeth to get an underbite, then moving my maxilla fowards, then having too wear braces for two years)
