Want to get jaw / chin implants and rhino to make my nose less wide. I’m right outside NYC. Anyone know a good doctor to go to? How much will these procedures likely cost me?

I don’t want cheap I want the best results so money won’t be the problem just looking for an overall number it’s cost me… around $10k u think?
