First post and I don’t know much about looksmaxxing but I know for a fact my face is holding me back immensely only thing carrying right now is me being 2m tall, I’ve had a crossbite and overbite on my upper or lower jaw. Asked orthodontist for palette expander with the braces and she said yes, also asked the surgeon who’s doing my surgery if he can do a bimax. What else should I ask for? I heard lefort 1 is good since it pushes ur maxilla forward and due to my medical problems it’s in the range of possible procedures. Here are pics of me fraud and unfrauded. Please give me advice
