Idgaf about ratings I know I’m mtn and recessed as fuck. 1st and last pics are with jaw jutting to show how brutally my recessed ah mandible descends me. Should I get chin/gonial implants, filler, bimax or genioplasty. Considering a lip lift as well but my philtrums honestly not that noticeable when I’m jutting and idgaf about my shit orbs and zygos I js need a better jaw
