Wanted advice on some surgery's I could get I'm male 20, I was thinking about doing jaw implants, genioplasty and maybe a plate expander but not sure what the best ROI would be, honestly just any advice is appreciated.

Bimax with CCW + genioplasty
Maybe a rhinoplasty, depending where the bimax leaves you in that regard (current nose is too upturned)
Maybe a lip lift (current philtrum is too long)
Jaw implants and/or fillers, if you've really weighed up the pros and cons of implants

Are you on hairloss medication ? If not, that should be your priority right now.

Bimax + genio could do something like that (I'm far from being an expert in orthognathics, so wait for more knowledgeable users to comment and potentially correct me @yussimania ) :

But to discuss hairloss medication further : the least you should do is start off with a finasteride + minoxidil topical lotion. If you're in the US, you can get it here for example : https://www.hims.com/hair-loss/topical-finasteride
If you notice that your hair is getting thinner behind the hairline, hop on oral finasteride or dutasteride (I'd personally recommend to start off with fin). And weigh up the pros and cons of topical minoxidil VS oral minoxidil ; you should take one or the other in complement to the A5R inhibitor (fin/dut).
If you're motivated, add microneedling and a ketoconazole shampoo to your routine.
You won't need anything else to tackle hair loss. That said, always do your own research.

I have no bite issues sleep, or smile would getting a bimax really be worth it or should I just do genio and get implants.
