bro ur fine trust, you have decent cranofacial development, go on a cylce for now test and hgh so ur balls dont shrink since ur ass wont grow regardless, after that you can do genioplasty for ur lowerthird and limblengtening(heightboosters) and ur chillin pretty straight forward route

Thank you bro, I feel like my eye area is bad too and I have a dorsal hump and stuff after limb lengthening if I do reach 5'9 I'll just fraud to 6ft

That being said I got the really bad end of genetics/puberty. I'm 5'2 and I look/sound 13. Not sure how that happened at all but it's too late for me to revert anything so my only real option now is hardmaxxing

Brace yourself, because there is a very long surgical journey ahead of you if you really intend to max out your potential.

Before I get to facial surgeries, just a quick word about LL : I think you overestimate its realistic potential in a case like yours, and underestimate the difficulty & mental burden involved in THREE consecutive LL post-op recoveries.
The smaller you are, the least you can lengthen your bones on average. You can still aim at a 4-5" / 10-12 cm increase with quadrilateral LL, which would take you to the 5'6-5'7 range (1.67-1.70m). Not a bad place to be if this is the average height in your country. And, yeah, you could still fraud a few additional centimeters with height boosters.
It seems unreasonable, risky, and even potentially unfeasible to aim at a 7" / 18 cm increase, with quadrilateral LL and two passes on the femurs. Even if that would be feasible, relatively safe, and financially manageable, you would have to experience three separate recoveries, meaning a total of 18 months of assisted walking (wheelchair, walker, crutches), and a total of 3 years of impaired mobility — assuming you would heal well each time and do the physio diligently. My bet is that you will have had enough of it by the time you recover from a second surgery.

If your voice doesn't deepen with age and the help of a hypothetical test treatment, you could look into voice masculinization surgery. It's relatively affordable, and the recovery is quick (1+ week) with immediate results.

Now, onto facial surgeries.

Based on the pictures in the OP, your two major facial flaws are unideal vertical thirds ratios, and recessed mandible & chin.

As you can see, your upper third is very much dominant (36.5 %), due to a high hairline and a short lower third. It's a neotenic and/or feminine feature, therefore unideal on a grown man. What you want is to reverse these proportions, eventually achieving a noticeably dominant lower third.
How to get there ? With a hairline lowering surgery (read this thread : https://looksmax.org/threads/forehead-reduction-surgery.1945011/ ) and a genioplasty adding height to your chin.

Your vertical ratios are now ideal.

After rotating your side profile picture to get closer to FHP, needless to demonstrate that you fail every lip assessment due to severe mandible & chin recession. Your facial convexity is measured at 153°, way below ideal range (165-170°).

As your maxilla looks good enough to me, I only advanced the mandible and chin, thus simulating the effect of a BSSO and genioplasty. I could be wrong though, and a bimax might be indicated.
Cit2

Facial convexity is 164-165° in this morph, so ideal.

In the 2 morphs above, I also fixed numerous other flaws warranting surgeries. Namely :
- excessive upper eyelid exposure > fat graft
- lack of undereye support > infraorbital implants (+ fat graft ?)
- dorsal hump > rhinoplasty
- concave columella to tip transition > cartilage graft
- retracted lower lip, which is most likely due to the poor support caused by a recessed mandible > BSSO
- short ramus and narrow lower jaw > jaw angle implants

Summary of suggested surgeries :
> hairline lowering
> periorbital fat grafting
> infraorbital implants
> rhinoplasty
> BSSO
> genioplasty
> jaw angle implants

+ LL
+ voice masculinization (if relevant)

Good luck with that !

I'm 15 so I can't get surgery for a little bit but I've gotten X-rays my growth plates are closed and the doctor said I'm done with puberty.

That being said I got the really bad end of genetics/puberty. I'm 5'2 and I look/sound 13. Not sure how that happened at all but it's too late for me to revert anything so my only real option now is hardmaxxing

Limb lengthening surgery is my top priority, getting from 5'2 1/2 to average height would literally be reincarnation. Apart from that I feel like my face is below average as well.

I'm not lean at all which idk if that would help with looking 13 but I'm working on getting lean right now, currently at probably like 20-30 bfp so I need to get that down asap. But you can still see my recessions even though I'm relatively fat

The first thing I see when I look at my face is my lower third is completely recessed. I also have a dorsal hump and a deviated septum. My ears are far down as well and are also big which makes my ramus look a lot shorter (when I jutt cause without it my ramus isn't there)

Anyways you guys would know more than me any info would be appreciated 🙏

Thank you so much man, I didn't know that about ll I was hoping I could get 6 inches through femurs & tibias which would make me 5'8.5, then I could try other things like banded sleeping to maybe reach like 5'9. (Which is the average height where I am from.) But it's sounding less and less of a reality that could happen 😢 Thank you so much for the facial surgeries and morphs those look amazing. 🙏 The facial surgeries you mentioned do you think some could be covered by insurance? My lower third is so recessed I've heard some people say that insurance might cover that as well as I have a deviated septum which I think gives me sinus infections but idk if they would do a full rhinoplasty for that 😔. Hopefully my dimorphism can increase by the time I'm 18 do you think getting lean and testosterone could help with that? I really just feel like I look like a 13 year old and it's really bad. Thank you again tho bro this was very helpful 🫶

Thank you man, I just need to increase dimorphism as much as I can and get lean until 18 then hardmaxx as much as I can and maybe even go to the Philippines or something. Or just try to live life with friends and family and travel
