should i get double jaw surgery (and risking botching my already decent front profile by elongating my face or whatever could go wrong) or do rhino with a paranasal implant and call it a day? aside from killing myself i would like to hear some 3 digit iq feedback

Definitely rhino, main failo is nose. Then worry about others
