Surgery advice!

Hey guys back again asking to what surgery I should get first? I finally have enough for one but I want to know whether I should get jaw implant for longer ramus and better jaw, chin implant for obvious reason (recessed) or rhinoplasty for my massive nose. Please tell me what you guys think. Thank you

Does Bimax have very apparent affect after surgery? I was looking into but I did not see too much change on patients

If its by a good surgeon, it should have a good effect on you. And ur an ideal candidate for good results, i dont think ur nose is big at all, it just looks big due to small jaw recessed chin

Genio to bring chin forward. Some fillers maybe on mid face and that's it.

Shouldn't do anything major at all you look really good.

Jaw is the foundation of the face, it should always be addressed first, unfortunately it is the most expensive and the hardest to find a decent doctor. And it should be done at the same time as the chin, in fact most surgeons that do jaw implants will refuse to do just the jaw and not also the chin if you need a chin implant

Where exactly would you recommend the mid face filler? I have been hard looking into genio for a while now but can’t tell if it’s more worth going through with it or just opting for an implant
