Surgery and Filler Quesiton

Getting rhino, genio, and either infras or fat grafting next May. Would it be fine to get jaw filler and chin filler, pos zyg in this coming weeks so it lasts me for this year of uni until I can complete these procedures? I've also done two aqualyx sessions and was planning on doing 2 more before my actual operation. Whats higher ROI for me at decently low bf (10-12), to get the filler to help me during uni, or to run the two aqualyx sessions for the year?
