How worth a surgery is by how much you’re paying and getting in return.

Otoplasty: S tier
Very important surgery, especially for men, flared ears make you look like a retarded elephant. pretty affordable surgery and very safe too.

Orbital decompression: C tier
insanely good surgery but only if done correctly, 1/5 botch rate brings it down a lot of tiers unfortunately. Almost the only fix for bug eyes. Frank tufano is a popular example of someone who got botched from it
IMG 9260

Leftort (1,2,3): B-A tier
Could be very risky, especially lefort 2 and 3 and is pretty expansive. Most people don’t need lefort so it’s a worst case scenario type surgery, but could save a heavily recessed face

Lower Eyelid Retraction repair: A
Cheap, not very dangerous, and fixes droopy lower eyelids and scleral show, pretty good overall.

MSE + face pulling (device): B-A
Very good orthodontic treatment and would definitely be A tier if it wasn’t so expansive. If you get it covered by insurance then easy A

Implants: A
Very good, easy and quick results and can literally be designed to your liking. Only problem is the price which can be high, and the risk of infection which can be very dangerous. Some implant locations belong in higher tiers some belong in lower tiers but overall A.

Fat grafting and fat transfer: S tier
Relatively cheap and permanent. Eye fat grafts are one of the best surgeries, as most people lack ideal fat pads around the eye area, can be an easy way to ascend eye area.

lip Lift: B
low risk and kinda cheap and decent result, most people don’t need it, but it can help if you have bad lips.

Fillers (overall): B-A
Jaw fillers is possibly the quickest, easiest and cheapest way to ascend and also botox can help for wrinkles and other scenarios. There are downsides tho: there is a risk of migration which could end up badly and you would need to get fillers redone pretty often as they’re not permanent

Buccal fat removal : A
has a bad rep because of people who don’t need it and people high in body fat getting it which gives them an uncanny look. For someone who is low bf% who still has a relatively chubby face, this surgery can be the difference between being gl and ugly. Very low risk and good return on investment. If it doesn’t look good you could get fat grafting back in the area although it might look a bit weird

Brow lift: C
pretty mid, not much to stay, needs a certain type of scenario for it to be an ideal surgery

orbital box osteotomy: C-B
any surgery to do with the eye area carries significant risk, especially this one. Very expensive and there is not a lot of people that preform this surgery. Result are pretty good, but again very very risky, would only recommend in very extreme circumstances and 99% of people don’t need it.

Canthoplacty/canthopexy: A
relatively cheap with a good ROI, again can be difference between a good and a bad eye area, Although it usually leaves a scar in the outer eye area from the procedure, and with aging it can begin to change and might need future adjustments but pretty good overall.

clavicle lengthening surgery: D
very very very expensive, and leaves you basically disabled for a while as you recover. Unless you have a lot of money and a literal subhuman clavicle length this is not worth it.

chin wing osteotomy: high B tier maybe A depending on the scenario
underrated surgery, can change gonial angle and increase ramus length and much more. it’s like a genioplasty but with some more options. It can still be botched tho, not the most dangerous but can happen and it’s kinda expensive but overall good ROI

limb lengthening: A
I’m putting it in A as a resort for someone that is below average height. If your average or above average you probably don’t need it. Very expansive of course and will leave you disabled for years while you heal. But you can pretty safely lengthening your legs around 4-5 inches, this can be the difference between a manlet and an above average lol. So again, if you’re average or above average in height i wouldn’t recommend, unless you really want to be taller but in correct circumstances it has a crazy ROI

Voice deepening: B
found this one recently lol so idk much about it, i put it in B because it can be great ROI if you have an aweful soy voice, but it comes with a risk and you could go mute. It’s not the most expensive tho. Most won’t need this and can be risky but can be good return on investment if your voice is squeaky as a grown adult

Liposuction: D
lose the weight naturally fatty, you don’t need this.

Genioplasty: S tier
cheap and low risk and some can get it free via insurance if you have a bad case. Can help with protrusion of the chin. Very high ROI whether you slightly need it or need it a lot.

Rhinoplasty: A-S
nose is very important, if you have a jew hook or a yam on your face this can have a crazy good ROI. Can be a bit costly tho, and of course comes with a risk and a slight botch rate. One of the best surgeries for addressing a falio which a lot of people have like the nose.

Bimax and Trimax: S
I’m putting them in one category because they are similar and they’re both S, genuinely might be the best surgery, difference between being subhuman and gl. Pretty safe nowadays, it can be expensive if you choose to do it without insurance but most people have insurance and get it for free. Possibly best ROI and aesthetic result if don’t properly.

Hair transplant: S
literally basically no risk. Can be a bit expensive but you can just go to turkey. Amazing ROI and very good procedure overall because hair matters a lot.

Of course each surgery depends on the person and the case that is undergoing surgery, some of these can jump from C to S depending on who needs it but i tried to rate objectively looking at the price, risk and process and comparing it to the outcome. I included what i think are the most common surgeries and ones people need the most.

first time ive seen someone claim that otoplasty has more roi then LL, crazy thread

Good thread but disagree with hair transplant being S tier and having no risk. People get shitty botched hair transplants every day

well the investment for getting otoplasty is much lower than LL, so relatively the ROI should be higher

have u even read it, LL costs upwards of 150k in some places and ur disabled for years, whilst otoplasty is a quick in and out cheap surgery. Ofc leg lengthening is more beneficial but look at price and risk

mse + facepulling is shit??

get MARPA, facepulling doesnt do anything after puberty anyways

formatting made me suicidal

yeah true, maybe high A tier, but the difference between being bald and having hair is literally night and day for aesthetics

roi isnt just cheap + small changes, its return on cost and time, i think your highly mistaken if you think otoplasty (unless extremely rare cases) has more roi then.... height, one of the main factors of your smv (also, LL is $100k for top tier, and your not disabled for years)

ehhhhh idk man

facepulling doesnt do much after 13 either. its usually for kids

marpa has actual results even in adulthood so consider adding that to this

surgery's probably the only way forward if combatting recession at 15+

Well if you need Otoplasty it genuinely is the highest roi

this type of rating is nonsense

its not even moderate roi for 99.9% of people, you can just spend the $3-5k for supra/infra grafts which has more roi, and like 70% of people need

stop getting your opinions from a chat robot
if you have dumbo ears it's an obvious failo, any obvious failo knocks you down a lot in psl and appeal, so if the surgery to fix it is easy, the roi is very high
